National Warranty Advisors, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company”) operates https://nationalwarrantyadvisors.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.

1. Description of Services

National Warranty Advisors provides a brokerage platform that connects consumers with third-party vehicle service contract and home warranty providers (each a “Provider”). We do not underwrite, issue, or administer contracts ourselves. We help you request quotes, compare offerings, and receive information from Providers. Final terms, contract coverage, costs, claims handling, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Provider’s contract.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use this Site. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information on this Site, you expressly consent to receive communications, including telephone calls, SMS/text messages, and emails from National Warranty Advisors and its affiliates, agents, and service providers regarding Services, partner offers, or other promotions. Calls or messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages. This consent covers calls and texts to any telephone number you provide, including mobile numbers, regardless of registration on state or federal Do-Not-Call lists, to the extent permitted by law.

Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us via the contact information in Section 11 or by following opt-out instructions in communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This provision is intended to align with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and FTC telemarketing guidance.

4. No Warranty or Guarantee of Coverage

We do not guarantee that any Provider will offer coverage, accept your application, or that the cost or terms shown in any quote will remain the same. Coverage, limitations, and exclusions are determined solely by the Provider’s contract.

5. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. This includes laws governing telemarketing, communication consent, unfair or deceptive practices, and privacy.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We commit to reasonable data security practices and handle personal data in accordance with applicable law. Under certain FTC rules (e.g., Safeguards Rule), we may be required to maintain an information security program for customer information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, trademarks) is owned by National Warranty Advisors or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content without express permission.

8. User Representations and Conduct

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL WARRANTY ADVISORS, ITS AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless National Warranty Advisors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms or Services

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of _________, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel your Vehicle Service Contract or Home Warranty for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, unless your state requires a longer cancellation period.
If your state law provides more time, the longer state-required period applies automatically.

States With Longer Free-Look Periods

Some states require cancellation periods longer than 30 days (often 60 days, and in some cases longer). These include, but are not limited to:

California
Florida
New York
New Jersey
Maryland
Massachusetts
Minnesota
Wisconsin
Georgia
Connecticut
South Carolina
Washington
Other states with extended consumer cancellation rights

If you live in one of these states, you will receive the maximum refund period required by your state, even if it exceeds 30 days.

After the Free-Look Period

If you cancel after the applicable free-look period, your refund may be prorated based on:

How long the contract has been active
Mileage used (for vehicle service contracts)
Any claims paid or pending
Any administrative fees allowed by state law

If a claim has been paid, the refund may be reduced or may be $0, depending on the amount of benefits used and state regulations.

Refunds are issued by the contract provider or administrator, not the broker
Processing may take up to 30 business days
This policy does not limit any rights provided by federal or state law

Broker Disclosure

National Warranty Advisors is a broker, not the obligor or administrator of service contracts or home warranties. All cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms of the contract issued by the provider and applicable state law.
